Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is returned within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Requests raised after the 2-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers must contact us either though the email or whatsapp to initiate a return/exchange within the eligibility window. Instructions will be provided upon request.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days upon verification of the product once we recieve it on our end.
Products marked as final sale, or customized/made-to-order items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
