IQ Clothings is a garment business based in Chennai, India, dealing in ready-made and manufactured clothing. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to IQ Clothings.

2. Products

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for representation purposes. Actual color/texture may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate sizing, measurements, and fabric details, but minor manufacturing variances may occur.
Bulk orders and custom designs require a minimum of 10 days for processing and delivery.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
We accept online prepaid payments only — via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payments will be accepted only through our official website or via a QR code generated in the invoice or sent through our official WhatsApp number.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund in such cases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Pan-India and Internationally.
Delivery timelines vary based on destination and are estimated at the time of shipment. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product pricing.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, designs, images, and text — is the property of IQ Clothings and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

IQ Clothings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to delays in shipping, customs issues on international orders, or product unavailability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tambaram Sub Court only.
